Encouraging Scripture-Managing expectations

The phrase "manage expectations" is one I use a lot at work, trying to keep management and other users/customers expectations tethered to reality as best I can.  As He does with so many earthly things, God does NOT want us to do that with Him.  Our Lord does not was us to put limitations on Him, and in today's scripture Jesus shows us an example of just how powerful faith can be.  He doesn't often deliver miracles to those who don't believe, but those who do and are walking in his will can have expectations of God going beyond the natural into the supernatural--doing something only He could have done, like restoring the sight of blind men.

As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, calling out, "Have mercy on us, Son of David!"  When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?"  "Yes, Lord," they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, "According to your faith will it be done to you"; and their sight was restored.
