This is an amazing claim, but the Bible teaches us that power that God used to raise Jesus from the dead is also available to us. In today's scripture, Paul tells us this amazing truth, that our Lord makes available the same power and authority that Jesus was able to use in defeating death and rise from His grave. How awesome is that? While I wouldn't try resurrecting your friends today, try to comprehend how much power God will use to protect us and bless us. He's not using leftovers, He's giving it everything He's got!
I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,
